Flour & Sunday started on a Sunday morning in a home kitchen with one loaf of sourdough and a dream. Three years later, we are baking 200 loaves a day, 600 pastries a week, and sending cakes across Lusaka that make people stop mid-bite and close their eyes.
Every recipe is tested until it cannot be improved. Every ingredient is chosen with intention. This is not fast food. It is slow love in edible form.
Every Saturday we bake something we have been developing all week — an experimental pastry, a seasonal flavour, a new technique. Sometimes it is extraordinary. Sometimes we learn something. Always it is made with everything we have.

Order by 8pm and collect from 7am or receive delivery by 9am. All orders are baked the same morning — nothing sits overnight.
