Reserve your tableEvery ingredient on our menu is sourced within 200 kilometres of our kitchen. Not because it is fashionable — because food that has not travelled far tastes like the place it grew, and that is something no imported ingredient can replicate.
Our chefs work with a changing menu that responds to what the farms are producing, what the seasons are offering, and what the fire is telling us on any given evening.
Dinner service runs Wednesday through Sunday, 6pm to 10pm. Private dining available for parties of eight and above. We recommend booking at least five days in advance for weekend evenings.
